After meeting with a series of companies, we selected TWI (Third-Way Interiors) to manage design and fit out of our new building. We liked that they were not a massive company and the people we met at the initial meeting would stay involved throughout the project and that they also had a professional, yet very friendly feel to all their staff. They demonstrated a willingness for flexibility around the pricing model and were confident our extremely tight deadlines could be achieved.
It must be said that the design element of the project was night and day compared to the other companies we saw, I love the ethos of design at Thirdway but our designer Danielle was particularly diligent, with a fantastic imagination.

It was a pleasure working with the team from TWI, all of whom were very personable and knew their stuff. The same can be said of the sub-contractors they engaged on site whilst also working seamlessly with our real estate agent and legal team in getting the project off the ground.
I needed them to fully project manage the job as whilst I have experience of fit-outs, they made my life very easy by taking a strong lead on the project so as I could continue to do my job without too much interruption.
I have been impressed by TWI's flexibility in meeting our ever changing(!) requirements, and also their honesty in pushing back or suggesting alternatives when some of our requests weren't appropriate based on their experience.
