They were very methodical in their approach both of the design and build. We had a very aggressive timeframe to deliver to and they were keen to accept the challenge.

The scope of works was to turn a derelict building into a collaborative shared services working and event space. This involved gut-ting the entire building, installing CAT A services throughout such as air conditioning, electrics, lift, toilets and solid timber flooring.

I was impressed that the business owner I met in the beginning stayed involved with the project throughout and was always on hand if needed.

ThirdWay were great value for money and I worked with top quality individuals. They worked with us to complete the design then delivered the build on time and within budget. This was particularly impressive given we continually changed the design even during the build stage.

The space was below residential and above commercial property. This had a number of challenges dealing with strict fit out regulations and working with the council; ThirdWay managed this challenge for us.

As well as standard desk space, the team designed and built a 300 capacity function room, meeting rooms, breakout area, client kitchen and a full commercial kitchen. The design team were flexible in their approach, really took time to understand and meet our requirements and were a pleasure to work with.
