The Clockwork Building is a sleek, modern development, with landscaped communal gardens and breakout areas throughout to encourage collaboration and interaction. Bold branding across the outside of the building entrance helps to enhance the sense of arrival, as well as give the building a distinctly bold appearance. The new extended glazed entrance floods the reception space with light and again reinforces that sense of arrival for visitors. We also opened up the reception area to provide a meeting space using built-in banquet seating with phone charging points.

We redesigned the terrace on the 4th floor with new timber decking and new glass balustrade to provide a modern outdoor space on the roof, which overlooks the Thames. We exposed the original concrete coffered ceiling and concrete columns. We also installed a new mechanical system, designed to make use of coffers and keep floor-to-ceiling height as great as possible.

Throughout the space we installed new timber floor and new dual aspect windows, which allows natural light to flood into the space.

With energy-conscious modes of transport considered, electric car charging points are available in secure car parking areas and ample cycle storage with showering facilities are available on every floor. To finish off the space we added brand new unisex super-loos with high-end fixtures and fittings.
